King Lodge Package: Our Lodge consists of a 3 story, 10,000 square foot round log home that will truly stand out for you and your guests. This beautiful lodge is the perfect setting for you and your bridal party, your groom, and grooms party to prepare yourselves for your big day. The bridal suite is in our opulent loft while our Groom’s Quarters are available in our imposing lower level. Package includes:

• Use of the property during event day from 10:00 am to 12:00 am

• Day time host to help facilitate daytime requirements • Gourmet sandwiches and fruit for lunch • Soft drinks, bottled water, and coffee & tea will be available between 12am-3pm in main lodge • Uniformed staff and bartenders throughout the daytime and evening • 1-hour rehearsal (Scheduled prior to day of event) • Use of the property for photos • Daytime use of The Lodge Bridal suite from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm • Daytime use of The Groom’s Quarters from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm • Continuous use of the Fire Pad (wood included)  • Use of the 6,000 square foot Grand Terrace from 12:00 pm to 12:00 am • Fully staffed  bar on the Grand Terrace • Your choice of Ceremony Location • Chairs & tables for your Ceremony, dinner reception • Guest parking and parking attendee • A staff member that will facilitate with setting up and tearing down event decorations.

Tranquility Acres Wedding Package: This package is offered to clients looking to have a small wedding on Friday or Sunday. Couples will have the option of an outdoor ceremony location and use of the Grande Terrace. Tranquility Acres Wedding Package is also perfect for our clients that will not need use of the bridal suite and grooms’ quarters, making it perfect to celebrate receptions on a Friday evening. Package includes: • Arbour and chairs set up in an outdoor Ceremony location • Event host to help facilitate the evening • Two stall outdoor washroom (upgrades available for additional costs) • Chairs & tables for your reception • Access to the property on Friday from 1pm- 11pm •Uniformed staff and full bar service (bar minimum spend requirement) • Use of the property for photos • One-hour rehearsal scheduled week prior • Guest parking and parking attendee.

Love Birds Ceremony and Cocktails Package is available for couples looking for a nice outdoor venue instead of City Hall. If you are looking for a small ceremony with family and friends that is completely decorated and awaiting your arrival … this package may be for you! This package is for couples looking to get married in an outdoor location followed by a cocktail hour celebration (3-hour time slot). This package includes: • Decorated arbour & aisle with up to 25 white ceremony chairs set up in an outdoor location • Decorated signage table • One stall outdoor washroom (upgrades available for additional costs) • Decorated small bar to celebrate after the ceremony • 3 cocktail tables with linens • Decorated appetizer table (if required) • Uniformed bar staff • Set up and tear down. • Use of a small faux white bouquet.

Private Dinner Party: Looking to have a large group dinner party? whether it’s for a corporate gathering, prom, or family reunion, this package is available to clients looking to host dinner and bar services at Tranquility Acres on the Grande Terrace. This package includes: • Table and chairs • Use of the Adirondack fire hut •Uniformed Staff and Event Host • Restrooms • Access to property 4 hours prior to event start.
